BC Games Terms and Conditions — Rules & Player Agreement Pakistan

1. Eligibility to Play on BC Games

To create an account and play on BC Games, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception. BC Games reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close any account that does not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BC Games does not permit any person under the age of 18 to hold an account or place any bet. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted by applicable local law to access online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to check whether using BC Games is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, employee or representative of any third party. You may not open an account or place bets on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current or former employee of BC Games, its partners, service providers or affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that BC Games is required to honour. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register without completing the correct return-to-play process.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one BC Games account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. BC Games may request documentary evidence at any time to verify the information you have provided. Standard verification documents include a valid CNIC or passport.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. BC Games will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, notify support@bcgames.cash immediately and change your password. BC Games cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

BC Games reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time, including before processing large withdrawals or as part of ongoing regulatory compliance. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

3. Deposits and Payments

BC Games accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances are maintained in PKR. There are no foreign currency accounts and no conversion applies to deposits made through local Pakistani payment methods.

Deposits made using payment methods or accounts not registered in your own name will be refused and refunded. BC Games does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. Using someone else's Easypaisa or JazzCash to deposit is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

BC Games does not apply any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees. These are outside BC Games' control and are your responsibility.

4. Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your BC Games account at any time, subject to verification requirements and the conditions set out below. BC Games processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Pakistani public holidays.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. BC Games does not process withdrawals to a different person's account, a third-party wallet or any payment method not registered in your name.

• Standard withdrawals (up to Rs 5,00,000) are processed within 5–15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 4 hours for IBFT bank transfers.
• Large withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 require completed identity verification. BC Games processes verification within 24 hours on business days. Once verified, the payment is processed immediately.
• Jackpot winnings are paid in full as a single PKR transfer. BC Games does not pay jackpots in instalments.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all methods.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

BC Games offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. The terms published with each individual offer form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all BC Games promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your BC Games bonus wallet. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked on eligible games. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games may contribute 10–20%. Some games are excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are listed in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses expire after the time period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
• BC Games reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including bonus hunting strategies, collusion between accounts, or any activity that exploits promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming.
• Each promotion is limited to one per household, IP address and payment method unless stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on BC Games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied and maintained by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and others. BC Games does not and cannot modify the outcome of any game. Published RTP figures are the certified figures from each provider and are displayed on each game's information page.

By placing a bet on BC Games, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are random and are not influenced by the size of your bet, your previous results or any pattern of play.
• The RTP figures are long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds, not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.
• All live dealer games use real physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed in real time. There is no computer simulation of the physical element in live dealer games.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed. BC Games cannot reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system.

In the event of a technical error, system failure or interrupted game session, BC Games will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state. If this is not possible, bets will be refunded to the player's account balance. BC Games is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BC Games. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account under your own name, a different name or any other identity.
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process, including false date of birth, name or identity documents.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any technical means to place bets or interact with the BC Games platform in any way that is not through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or any technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Collusion — coordinating bets or play strategies with other players in a way that circumvents normal game odds or exploits bonus structures.
• Money laundering or any form of fraudulent financial activity, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, or using BC Games to transfer money between third parties.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent or disputed payment methods.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening BC Games staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BC Games platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game content, text, video and audio — is the intellectual property of BC Games or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any BC Games content without explicit written permission from BC Games. The BC Games name, logo and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used in any context without authorisation.

9. Privacy and Data

BC Games collects and processes personal data as described in the BC Games Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

BC Games uses your data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and, where you have opted in, send you promotional communications. BC Games does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, game providers, fraud detection services — and only to the extent necessary.

10. Responsible Gaming

BC Games is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players maintain control over their activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated at any time from the account settings page:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-down period — temporarily suspend your account from deposits and betting for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from BC Games. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. To return to play after a self-exclusion, you must contact support and complete a return-to-play process with a mandatory 30-day minimum waiting period.

BC Games reserves the right to apply responsible gaming measures unilaterally if there are signs of problem gambling, including unusual deposit frequency, requests to lift limits immediately after setting them, or communication indicating financial distress. 11. Account Suspension and Closure

BC Games may suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or multi-accounting.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious transaction patterns that may indicate money laundering or fraud.
• Request by the account holder to close the account.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, all remaining balances — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity — will be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after appropriate verification.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support@bcgames.cash. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

BC Games provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, accurate and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime for maintenance, upgrades or technical issues outside our control.
• Internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages or government action.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or delays.

BC Games' liability for any direct financial loss arising from a platform error is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly affected by that error. BC Games is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses under any circumstances.

13. Amendments to These Terms

BC Games reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, BC Games will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Continued use of BC Games after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using BC Games and close your account. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at bcgames.cash/terms-conditions.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions of the Terms are archived and available on request by contacting support.

BC Games will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and issue a final response within 10 business days.
